Somerset early help – #Help4All

Everyone is impacted by the cost-of-living rising which can put extra pressure on families. Somerset partners are here to help, and we have listed some services and support that may be useful for you to know about.

There are so many great support services out there to provide early help in Somerset. If you work to support families and residents, we need your help to share this information with them.

This can be by providing them with the information sheet or a link to the Connect Somerset website or, better still, having a meaningful conversation with the families or resident you are supporting, guiding them on the support that’s available.

Use the #Help4All information sheet (linked below) to think about and provide other early help services which would help the family or resident. Help them to overcome any initial barriers to accessing these services and resources – for example you could log into the online service so they can try it, connect them with a support line, or take them down the road to join a community group.
