Following survey results and practitioner feedback, the Resolving Professional Differences protocol has been updated in September 2025.
Latest updates include:
- Changes to Stage Four of the Resolving Professional Differences process – including the formulation of a multi-agency panel to make a decision on next steps to resolve the issue.
- Further clarity on timeline expectations at each stage of the process – an outline of expected time constraints applied at each stage.
- Additional communications around who to contact if you are unsure on how to proceed with the RPD.
