We are delighted to announce that all individuals who have attended either of the SSCP’s Advanced Child Protection courses now have FREE access to the SSCP Basic Awareness Cascade Packs and can access it the whole time their certification is valid.
How does it work?
The Basic Awareness Cascade Packs are now a free, online resource which contains the presentation, lesson plans, facilitators notes and everything you need to run the workshop within your teams and will always be up to date with the latest information, rather than having to wait for an annual update.
We’ll be updating the current material shortly, when updates are published to relevant statutory guidance.

Once you have submitted the registration form, a member of the SSCP training team will verify your account and activate your registration for 24 months from the completion date of your Advanced Child Protection training.
Upon activation you will receive an email to set a password, which will then give you full access to both the Educational and Non-Education packs and all of the supporting material.
The new online packs will be updated regularly throughout the year to include any updated guidance, legislation and learning, so when you deliver this to your teams you can be confident that they’re getting the latest information. The current packs available online were developed in June ’24, and will be updated again once relevant Statutory Guidance has been published.
