We are delighted to be holding our latest online Forum Week in June!
Building on the success of our December Forum Week Online Safety, we are thrilled to announce our upcoming June Forum week and welcome you to join us online for our interactive webinars which will focus on Children, Violence and Vulnerabilities.
Sessions are from 16th to 20th June and are 1 hour from 1-2pm featuring a range of guest presenters, with an optional 30 minute Q&A session at the end.
During these online and interactive sessions we will be focusing on Exploring Children, Violence and Vulnerabilities to better understand serious youth violence, consider the vulnerabilities and impact, explore the pathways of support, look at prevention and how we respond, and learn more about how we are creating change in Somerset!
Monday 16th June – Understanding Serious Youth Violence
Join us for the first of this weeks SSCP Forum webinars on Children, Violence & Vulnerabilities in which we explore the findings from Somerset’s JTAI inspection focused on Serious Youth Violence, and hear from national experts on the 2024 Multiagency Responses to Serious Youth Violence Report.
We’ll also be joined by our friends from the Keeping Bristol Safe Partnership about the findings from their related CSPR’s covering this topic.Â

Tuesday 17th June – Vulnerabilities and Impact
Join us for the second of this weeks SSCP Forum webinars on Children, Violence & Vulnerabilities where we explore the additional vulnerabilities of particular groups of children and young people and how we can work together to safeguard them effectively.

Join us for the fourth of this weeks SSCP Forum webinars on Children, Violence & Vulnerabilities where we explore local initiatives to prevent young people becoming involved in Serious Youth Violence and Antisocial Behaviour, including outreach work and support offered to families who may be struggling with their child’s violence and aggression.
