Somerset Youth Parliament is a universally representative & diverse Youth Voice group of 10–18-year olds or up to 25 for young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) who live in and attend college or school in Somerset. We represent others and raise awareness of the issues that are important to young people.
Members take part in important consultations, have a chance to talk to decision makers, learn new skills, raise confidence and self esteem, take part in debates and discussions on topical issues and are respected, acknowledged and recognised for our voluntary work.
