Somerset Children and Young Peoples Plan 2022 – 2024
This plan provides a link between what children and young people have asked us to do, what will happen as a result of hearing their views, and partners’ strategic priorities.
The Somerset Children and Young People’s Plan states that children, young people and their families will be heard and involved at home, at school, in their communities and particularly when they need additional information, advice, support or interventions to help them.
Taking a whole family approach the priorities of the CYPP aim to support families to be strong and resilient, promoting effective working together to achieve long-term change and stability so that children can thrive and succeed
